Join an established, physician-owned Emergency Medicine group with over 30 years of service to the community. This 24-physician, 100% democratic private practice covers two emergency departments in Carrollton and Villa Rica, both of which are Level II Trauma facilities.
The schedule consists of 16 eight-hour shifts per month, with the majority being day shifts (approximately 14 day shifts and 2 night shifts). Dedicated nocturnist coverage is in place, and Advanced Practice Providers support the department.
Compensation details include a Year 1 salary of $325,000, Year 2 salary of $350,000, and partnership compensation beginning in year 3 with an average of approximately $450,000. Additional benefits include a $50,000 sign-on bonus, a $50,000 start bonus, and relocation assistance up to $14,000 (actual expenses).
