By accessing or using Doctor CareerHub ("Service"), operated by Doctor CareerHub, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Doctor CareerHub is an online platform that connects healthcare professionals ("Job Seekers") with healthcare employers ("Employers") for employment opportunities. The Service includes job listings, application tools, saved job features, and related functionality.
We are a platform, not an employer or employment agency. We do not guarantee employment, make hiring decisions, or verify the accuracy of information provided by Employers or Job Seekers.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or inactivity.

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. Employers represent and warrant that all job listings comply with applicable employment laws, including but not limited to anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, and immigration laws.
While we strive to maintain accurate listings, we do not verify and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job listing, employer information, or user-submitted content. You acknowledge that you rely on such information at your own risk.
We reserve the right to remove any content, including job listings, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We are under no obligation to store, maintain, or provide copies of any content you or others submit.
The Service, including its design, features, content, software, and all intellectual property rights therein, is owned by Doctor CareerHub, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without express written permission.
By submitting content to the Service (including resumes, profiles, and applications), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (d) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCJOBS, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doctor CareerHub, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your content or materials submitted to the Service.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Doctor CareerHub, Inc. regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
