We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a managed care company in Winston-Salem. This is an outpatient-only position focused on providing value-based care to Medicare and Medicaid Advantage patients, all of whom are aged 65 and older.
The role offers a Monday-Friday office schedule with minimal phone call responsibilities shared among providers, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. You will be supported by a full staff including Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, and Registered Nurses, with on-site labs and radiology available to enhance patient care.
Compensation for this position starts at $300,000 with the potential for a 20% salary bonus plan, along with a sign-on bonus and relocation allowance. Additional benefits include a matching 401k retirement plan and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off (PTO).
