We are seeking a board-certified/eligible General Surgeon to join a busy, well-supported four-physician group. This position offers excellent earning potential, a collaborative surgical environment, and the resources of a large, integrated healthcare system.
Highlights include performing a wide range of general surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries, with two da Vinci XI robotic systems available. The facility is recognized as a Bariatric Center of Excellence, providing strong program support. There is no trauma designation, ensuring manageable call responsibilities with a 1:4 call schedule. A dedicated anesthesia team, including anesthesiologists and CRNAs, supports the surgical department.
Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary plus wRVU productivity bonuses, with quarterly incentive pay based on easily attainable benchmarks. The full benefits package encompasses health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid malpractice insurance, retirement plans, six weeks of paid time off, and a week of CME with an allowance. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are negotiable.

Experience in laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries preferred.
