About This Position

Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

Perform treatments and provide exercise instruction and demonstration for patients.
Assist the Physical Therapist during patient testing, evaluations, and complex procedures.
Deliver a treatment plan that addresses identified problems and assists with decreasing length of stay.
Monitor patients during treatment and report findings to supervising PT.

Administrative

Maintain knowledge of available wound care supplies and current protocols.

Qualifications

Required

Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
LPTA License in the state of Texas
BLS certification

Practice Environment

Team Structure

Collaborative team environment with Physical Therapists and support staff.

Diverse patient demographics with a variety of diagnoses.
