• Medical Director functions - chair committee meetings, be available for any questions about a policy, or other administrative questions that might come up; be available for any state or accreditation audits.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff and a Medical Staff Coordinator, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

• Board Certified, or eligible, Psychiatrist.

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Missouri or the ability to obtain one.

• Active DEA registration in Missouri or eligibility to obtain.

• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Clinical Duties
