Newborn Hearing Screen Technician - Per Diem

As a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician at Pediatrix, you will be responsible for conducting hearing screens for newborns, typically in the hospital room of new mothers. Your role will include educating parents on the importance of these screenings and ensuring accurate documentation of results. You will also verify insurance information and assist with scheduling outpatient appointments. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to recognize potential issues, seeking assistance when necessary.
