An outstanding Orthopedic group in the heart of Orlando, FL is looking for a clinical Ortho PA to join their team. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturday morning clinics covered by other PAs on a rotating basis, providing additional pay for hours worked.
The role involves a mix of 60% operating room and 40% clinic duties, with the expectation of seeing 10-20 patients per day. You will handle various orthopedic cases, including fractures, back and neck issues, sports injuries, concussions, sprains, and both acute and chronic pain management.
This position needs to be filled ASAP, and candidates must have extensive independent orthopedic experience in a clinic, urgent care, or emergency department setting. A competitive salary based on experience is offered, along with a production bonus available above a set threshold of collections on a quarterly basis.
Candidates with significant experience in orthopedic care will be prioritized.
