UT Health East Texas is seeking an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join their high-volume, growing practice at the Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute in Tyler, TX. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
The role involves collaborating with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers, assisting in surgeries, and rounding on patients in the hospital. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM, with clinic call only and no inpatient responsibilities.
The recruitment package may include a base salary plus a wRVU production incentive, a CME allowance, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and paid malpractice coverage. Health benefits and a retirement plan are also part of the comprehensive compensation package.
Experience in orthopedic settings is highly desirable.
