This position offers a full scope Cardiothoracic Surgery practice, including first assisting in the OR (with training available for EVH), ICU stepdown, and outpatient care. The work schedule consists of a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts, allowing for a balanced lifestyle.
The practice is supported by a strong team of 4 PAs and 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, with a call rotation of 1:4. The average patient volume is around 18 patients per day in the clinic.
