CHRISTUS Mother Frances in Tyler, TX is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented Pediatric Hospitalist to join an established team. This position is 100% inpatient, with Women’s and Children’s Services available including OB/GYN, MFM, Level 3 NICU, Pediatric GI, Pediatric Endocrinology, and Pediatric Surgery.

Experience in pediatric inpatient care preferred.
Work alongside 2 experienced physicians and 2 APCs in a collaborative, physician-led organization.
Diverse patient demographics with a focus on pediatric care.
Utilize AI-integrated services and Epic EMR for streamlined documentation and enhanced patient care.
Level II Trauma Center with a 28-bed Level III NICU, part of a 500+ bed hospital.
Patient volume includes 8-10 pediatric patients and a maximum of 20 newborns.
Work a full-time schedule of (10) 24-hour shifts per month, with not being on-site the entire shift.
