The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing care for patients assigned to physical therapy. This role requires adherence to all standards of the Physical Therapy Practice Act, ensuring the delivery of technical therapy care, supplies, equipment, and interventions to a designated patient population.
Key responsibilities include gathering pertinent data from charts and other caregivers, independently assessing patients, and formulating realistic goals based on evaluations. Regular reassessment of patient progress is essential, along with identifying appropriate equipment and discussing options with patients and their families.
This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work schedule that promotes work-life balance.
