About This Position

As an RN Cln Lead in Urology at CHRISTUS Health, you will provide essential administrative support while maintaining the daily operations of the clinic. Your role will include assisting with process improvements, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with quality control standards. You will work closely with management to monitor staff performance and address any issues that arise. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Join us in our mission to provide compassionate care and improve the health of the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

Maintain daily operations of the clinic.
Monitor quality control standards including immunization logs and equipment sterilization logs.
Resolve less complicated patient, staff, and physician issues.

Administrative

Assist with department process improvement and maintain supplies.
Coordinate schedules and meetings, and participate in training/in-services for clinical staff.
Order departmental and medical supplies.

Qualifications

Required

Associate's Degree in Nursing
RN License in state of employment or compact
Minimum of 2 years of clinical patient care experience

Preferred

Previous healthcare management experience

Certifications

BLS

Experience

Experience in a relevant clinical setting is essential.
